Standard shipping is included on all orders in the contiguous U.S. Additional shipping fees may apply to customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. When will my order arrive? After eligibility review and order approval, your hotspot will be shipped using standard shipping (4-7 business days).
7-Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hotspot purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer. For full details on our hotspot return policy, please read our Terms of Service.
Six-Month Hotspot Warranty
Our mobile hotspot devices come with a six-month warranty for any hardware defects. All warranty requests must be submitted within six months of shipping date. For full details on our hotspot hardware warranty, please read our Terms of Service.
